What is Reiki ?

Reiki (ray-kei) is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life Force Energy".The 'chi' energy that empowers all things.It is an unparalleled force of power,divine love and healing.Reiki is channeled through a person and is administered by non invasive hands on healing.

What does Reiki do ?

Reiki works on the 'whole' person-mentally, physically,emotionally and spiritually.Reiki re-balances and dissolves blockages in the body,chakra systems and mind,reduces stress and heals bone,muscle and tissue.Reiki also heals the subtle bodies that permeate our bodies and contains the spirit.Tears, and blockages in the subtle bodies and auric space are re-aligned,healed and balanced.Reiki has been scientifically proven to relax and heal the mind, body and spirit.

Wherever there is a imbalance in the multi dimensional body Reiki will work to rebalance it.

Reiki is used alongside other healing modalities and is found in hospices,trauma centers,chiropractic and orthopedic practices.

Where did Reiki originate ?

The Usui system of Reiki is named after Dr Mikao Usui who founded it.Through deep meditation,study and visioning he was given and developed the healing practices of Reiki.

A Hawaiian student of Usui brought Reiki to the western world.Since then Reiki has spread rapidly.

Reiki is believed to originate in Tibet- where high Tibetan Lamas worked with the light of Reiki for 2,000 yrs.

Reiki treatments

Reiki is administered for about 60-90 Min's within a typical healing session.Chronic conditions may take more time and may need to be 2 - 3 times a week or every day for a certain period of time.

Clients will be worked on in a quiet warm space with peaceful music playing in the background.

Animals and children benefit from Reiki greatly and love it.

Intuitive Reiki Treatments

An intuitive Reiki session consists of Reiki healing and intuitive readings of the client.The Reiki healer will 'Read' a persons mind, body and spirit and will tell the client what she finds relating to direction in their life,health analysis,spirit guardians helpers, past lives etc...

Sessions usually last 60- 90 Min's and are taped.

Long distance Reiki

Can be sent to people, animals,places.It is used a lot for people going into surgery or for loved ones who are sick that are far away.It is very powerful and it works.

Reiki Classes

The Usui System of natural healing is taught by a Reiki Master Teacher who has been trained in the old traditional lineage of Dr Usui.

Each new student will be trained and attuned to the healing vibration of Reiki where they learn The History, Principles and Precepts, Reiki Symbols,Hands on Healing techniques,Self Treatment and Long Distance Reiki.

There are three levels of Reiki, with the third resulting in in becoming a Reiki Master.

People that go on to do Reiki 111 can choose to be trained as a Reiki Master Teacher.

Reiki students will be certified under the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing.

Reiki Shares

Once a month Reiki shares are held to give students more practice in giving and receiving Reiki, and to meet with like minded people.

Reiki shares are free and all attuned Reiki students and masters are welcome.
